Refund/Return Policy
All transactions and purchases made on the site are final, and Hair by Bianca offers no return or exchange unless the product shipped is defective. Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final.
If you receive the wrong product, are missing any products, or have concerns, please get in touch with our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise at contact@hbextensions.com. We're happy to rectify the issue. Please do not unravel, wet, play with, install, open, or alter the product.
Once an order is placed and processed, we WILL NOT cancel, adjust, or apply any discounts to it. Please double-check your order before checking out.
Important Conditions for Return:
All items undergo rigorous checks before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely rare.
Please note that you can only return a product if it is deemed defective.

The product returned shall be inspected immediately. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
The product MUST be in unused and original condition.
Federal law states that you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy regarding federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.
You MUST inform us about the return of the product within 48 hours.
You MUST not unravel, wet, play with, or install hair.
The return package MUST include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warranty cards, and other documentation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, then we will issue you a store credit to make future purchases on the site.
Package Refusals or Returns In the event that the package gets returned or refused, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping or delivery cost.
A 3% Cancellation fee will be applied to all orders. Please keep records of your return tracking number.
Hair by Bianca is not responsible for incorrectly purchased products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they purchase the correct product before proceeding to pay. We will not refund these orders whatsoever.
Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be canceled immediately and reported to the FBI.
We process orders daily, minus holidays and weekends to ensure speedy delivery. Therefore, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.
Hair by Bianca reserves the right to change prices, policies, or sales at any time. Please check our policies often for any changes.
To prevent credit card fraud, some orders may require ID verification BEFORE the order is shipped. We may request additional information if your billing, banking, or credit card information does not match your information on file with the credit card processor. If you are a first-time customer, we will contact you to verify if you are the cardholder. We will refund you if your information is not verified within 48 hours.
